Sign-in uses your email address and a one-time link. We store that address so you can return to your company's records.

A signed record stores your name, role, organisation, the checklist, the claims and sources you entered, the page address, the title, and fingerprints of the fields you included. It does not store the body, the meta description, the alt text, or the structured data.

The record page is public, because the stamp links to it. Your email address is not shown there.

Records cannot be edited or deleted. A change to the page needs a new review.
